About The Position

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager with our client in Chicago, IL for an Onsite role. This role involves owning and supporting end-to-end product management activities for analytics products, platforms, or significant analytics feature enhancements, with full accountability for success and outcomes. The position requires partnering with stakeholders to conduct market, customer, and technical research to identify analytics needs, data gaps, and opportunities for insight generation. A key aspect of this role is developing, maintaining, and communicating the analytics product and feature roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, data strategy, and customer value. The Digital Product Manager will work closely with data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, and user experience teams to define detailed product requirements, metrics, and data models. This role also involves identifying and proactively resolving issues or risks within the analytics product area that may impact delivery timelines, data quality, or analytical outcomes. The successful candidate will define customer and internal user segments with high growth or impact potential, and build data-driven business cases to prioritize analytics initiatives and capabilities. Coordination of cross-functional teams and management of ROI by ensuring analytics investments deliver measurable business value and actionable insights are crucial. Establishing success metrics and continuously measuring, monitoring, and analyzing the impact of analytics products, dashboards, and growth initiatives is expected. The role also focuses on identifying opportunities to innovate analytics solutions, improve data accessibility, and enhance decision-making through advanced reporting, experimentation, and predictive insights. Building strong internal relationships across business, technology, and data teams to drive adoption, implementation, and sustained usage of analytics products is essential. The Digital Product Manager will conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting analytics demand, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting outcomes to leadership. Staying current with industry best practices, emerging analytics technologies, and vendor solutions, and building and managing vendor relationships where applicable, are also key responsibilities. Understanding how analytics, data platforms, and technology advancements drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction is important.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Product manager analytics - Minimum 8+ years
  • Experience in Digital retail is Mandatory
