About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years Product and/or Operations Management experience or related experience required.
  • SAFe Product Manager Certified within 180 days of hire required.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (especially SAFe), enterprise architecture, and digital product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to synthesize complex business needs into clear, actionable product strategies.
  • Skilled in stakeholder facilitation, cross-functional alignment, and iterative delivery.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years experience in PM I role or similar role preferred.
  • 3-5 years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and agile teams to define product vision, success metrics, and long-term roadmaps for new and evolving initiatives.
  • Leverage Strategy Execution Team best practices—such as phased delivery, user-centric design, and integration with legacy systems—to new enterprise solutions.
  • Author and refine Requirement Traceability Matrixes (RTMs) and feature documentation, incorporating stakeholder input, UX feedback, and technical constraints.
  • Ensure features are well-scoped, technically feasible, and include robust acceptance criteria, including accessibility, UX standards, and deployment toggles.
  • Connect end-user feedback with business objectives to help inform decisions and prioritization of backlog.
  • Lead planning and workshops, facilitate feature grooming, and support Product Owners (POs) in backlog refinement and sprint execution.
  • Act as a mentor to POs and UAT leads, helping them understand the broader business context and delivery expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and agile teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on initiative status, risks, and dependencies, and represent the team in enterprise planning forums.
  • Capture and share best practices to build a repeatable model for enterprise solution delivery.
  • Contribute to onboarding, training, and documentation to support new team members and cross-team collaboration.
