About The Position

As a Digital Product Management Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll help define and deliver innovative customer experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll work alongside experienced product managers, engineers, and designers to bring new features and tools to life on Lowes.com, our mobile apps, and associate-facing tools. From shaping product roadmaps to analyzing user data and developing requirements, this internship is a hands-on opportunity to influence how millions of customers shop and interact with Lowe’s every day. This role is perfect for students who love solving problems, thinking strategically, and making data-informed decisions to drive business impact through technology. This role has potential for conversion after graduation into a full-time, entry-level position as part of Lowe's Launchpad program for those that successfully complete their internship and required education. Lowe's Launchpad is a rotational opportunity designed to help emerging technologists strengthen their tech skills, engage with tech leaders, and learn more about Lowe’s culture while advancing their career. Successful completion of this program could result in final placement in just 14-months. Whether you're starting your professional journey or pivoting to a new field, Lowe's offers the resources and opportunities you need to thrive. Our 10-week summer internship program (May 24 – July 30, 2026) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation dates of December 2027, or May 2028.

Nice To Haves

  • 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Passion for digital innovation and solving customer problems
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management concepts
  • Previous internship or project experience in a technology, retail, or customer-facing environment
  • Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing product strategies and roadmaps for Lowe’s digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze customer data, feedback, and research to inform product decisions.
  • Help prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing, training, and support teams.
