About The Position

We are searching for a driven, team player who is responsible for ensuring products launch online with a best-in-class product presentation and all the information a rider needs when researching & shopping within Specialized digital channels. This individual will play a pivotal role in upholding and improving data governance best practices to achieve catalog synchronicity within the Product Information Management System (PIM) and best support all sales channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce or Meta Data
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to think creatively and analyze data while facing ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Strong ability to develop structured frameworks and approaches and innovative thinking to solve complex challenges in a fluid environment
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results
  • Ability to champion needs cross functionally and influence where necessary across various levels of an organization
  • High level of energy, passion and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyle in general and cycling in particular

Responsibilities

  • Execute seasonal and ad-hoc approach to product data enhancements
  • Solve issues with product presentation on Specialized digital channels or within the product systems in a quick and agile manner
  • Proactively monitor Product Launch and Master data reports to ensure smooth launches and improvements within performance
  • Coordinate and ensure production of images, product copy and translations are produced on time and implemented for product introductions
  • Assist the Product Launch and Master Data manager to help manage master data for all digital channels
  • Set up the master data for all digital channels, including but not limited to, filters, sizes, specs, images, copy & color swatches
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and requests that could range from providing status updates on product launches and online readiness to last minute campaign changes
  • Work closely with B2B cross functional teammates to support key Retail product activations
  • Support routine product catalog audits and deployments to maintain product lifecycle management and achieve streamlined sales channel activation success
