About The Position

AlphaGraphics Bloomington is looking for a detail-oriented, curious individual to join their team as a Digital Print Production Operator. This role involves producing finished print products, from digital prints to large-format items like banners and vehicle graphics. The position starts part-time with the potential to move into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a background in print or production, be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and possess a team-first attitude. The role is hands-on, with opportunities for growth and learning new skills, including installation down the road. Requirements

• Experience or background in print or a production environment is a benefit.
• A sharp eye for detail and color.
• Ability to juggle several jobs at once and stay organized under deadline.

• Willingness to work at both Bloomington and Apple Valley locations with reliable transportation.
• Basic computer comfort.
• Able to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run cut-sheet digital printers for color and black-and-white jobs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards.
• Proof jobs against work orders and perform quality checks during production to minimize waste.
• Calibrate printers and match colors to client specifications and previous jobs for consistency.
• Produce large-format work including banners, signs, decals, vehicle graphics, and wall murals.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and logging for equipment, and coordinate with service technicians when needed.
• Track job status, materials, and inventory in the production system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
