About The Position

KDM is hiring experienced Digital Press Operators and Lead Operators for its 2nd- and 3rd-shift production teams in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and optimizes digital printing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, banners, decals, and other printed marketing materials. Candidates should bring digital print production experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and production deadlines.

The listed shifts are 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 3rd shift, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Compensation starts at $24.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities and stay bonuses of up to $2,500. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating digital presses, print production equipment, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in printing, graphics, signage, POP displays, or manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Inca, EFI VUTEk, or similar digital presses.
• Lead Operator, Trainer, or Team Lead experience.
• Quality control and color management experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality graphics, signage, banners, and POP displays.
• Set up machines, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment to maximize uptime.
• Monitor print quality and color consistency and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
• Support efficient production flow while meeting schedules and deadlines.
• Complete work orders, production records, and job-tracking requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting team members as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and overall production performance.
