About The Position

This new position will report to the Operations Manager in Tustin, CA. This position will be performed on-site as well as remotely. The role involves Digital Platform (DP) content distribution and metadata entry, preparing content for distribution for exciting new platforms, and verifying accuracy once files have been transferred and are active. The individual will distribute, input, and provide metadata to newly added platforms, working within the Broadcast industry, including television & digital distribution of metadata and content to DPs. Responsibilities include working with Excel spreadsheets and episodic metadata, maintaining and updating files in anticipation of requests, and performing related duties as assigned by supervisor, with a willingness to help others. The role also involves creating and managing files that are distributed to various platforms, as well as in-house, adding and updating changing content, including images, audio, video, and metadata files, helping build positive relationships with external parties, as well as in-house, scheduling and organizing meetings as they pertain to DP preparation and transfers, keeping accurate and updated records of programs and schedules that are distributed, communicating with outside vendors and contracted personnel, and supporting other departments with scheduling and programs coordination.

Requirements

Proficient Typing, at least 35-40 WPM.
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and others.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Organized, with an ability to meet deadlines.
Does not need much guidance and is a self-starter.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to take on new tasks that may be asked of you.
