About The Position

As the Digital Performance Specialist, you will help execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen the company online presence, support parent enrollment, and generate qualified franchise development leads. Serving as a key member of the Digital Performance team, you will optimize local digital channels, support franchise schools, and help ensure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives across the system. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, service-oriented, naturally curious, and passionate about helping others succeed through digital marketing best practices. This is a full-time role.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience using Google Analytics, WordPress, and other digital performance and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and local search optimization
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Google Business Profile, Yext, SEMrush, Optimizely, FullStory, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred
  • Franchise or multi-location business experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital performance initiatives that support parent enrollment and franchise development goals
  • Manage and optimize local business listings across the system to improve visibility, traffic, and lead generation
  • Support brand-level review generation efforts and assist schools with review responses, escalations, and reputation management best practices
  • Support the successful launch of new schools by establishing digital channels, including business listings and local search presence
  • Serve as Tier 1 support for digital marketing requests, resolving common issues and escalating more complex needs as appropriate
  • Monitor local SEO and GEO performance, identify trends and opportunities, and share insights with team members to support optimization efforts
  • Support website enhancements, testing initiatives, and other digital optimization activities in partnership with internal teams and agency partners
  • Develop and maintain training resources, guides, and learning materials that support digital marketing best practices across the system
  • Compile and organize performance data to support reporting, decision-making, and strategy development
