About The Position

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial DOOH Sales Executive to help grow our Digital Out-of-Home advertising business across Canada. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors with direct advertisers, and developing strategic agency partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the CEO, you will play a key role in expanding the reach of our pharmacy-based media network and positioning Native Touch as a leading healthcare DOOH partner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development
  • Experience selling DOOH, OOH, digital media, or healthcare media solutions
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Comfortable selling complex media solutions and developing strategic proposals
  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership of revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Strong relationships with pharma advertisers, government buyers, or OOH agencies is a major asset

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new advertising partnerships across Canada
  • Build relationships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare brands, government ministries, and public health organizations
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting specialized OOH agencies and healthcare-focused media buyers
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of Native Touch’s Pharmacy Media Network and broader DOOH inventory
  • Develop customized media proposals that align with client marketing objectives
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Act as a market ambassador for Native Touch’s DOOH capabilities and healthcare media network
  • Educate agencies and advertisers on the value of reaching consumers at the point of care
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Work closely with the sales leadership, operations, and campaign teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Collaborate on proposal development, pricing strategy, and inventory packaging
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting through CRM systems
