About The Position

OMG23 is looking for an Assistant Media Planner to support its Out of Home and print media work. This role involves planning, executing, and tracking campaigns, with collaboration across strategy, activation, and digital teams. It is a hands-on position where the individual will learn quickly, contribute daily, and see their work implemented in the real world.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

Responsibilities

Assist with Out of Home and print media plans from concept through execution
Gather and analyze consumer and market data to inform recommendations
Keep planning documents and reports organized and up to date
Collaborate with internal strategy, activation and digital teams
Support creative and production needs, including file management and presentations
Manage inventory contacts and proof-of performance reports
Coordinate with vendors on campaign execution, timelines, and asset delivery
Join vendor “market rides” and audits to see campaign in action
Track industry trends and competitive activity
Contribute ideas to brainstorms and team discussions
