Responsibilities
- Help organize and maintain email content libraries and documentation and assist with updating campaign calendars and tracking deliverables.
- Help draft posts, schedule content, monitor comments, and track engagement across platforms.
- Respond to customer questions through social channels, escalate issues to the right teams, and help maintain a positive brand voice.
- Gather assets, update messaging calendars, and help keep campaign documentation organized.
- Test links, review formatting, and help ensure messages look correct across devices.
- Assist with pulling basic performance metrics for email and social campaigns.
- Monitor trends in digital communication, social media, and customer engagement to help the team stay current.
