About The Position

The Digital Marketing Summer Internship supports the Express brand at PHOENIX Retail, LLC, a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. The PHOENIX Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program offering rising junior and senior undergraduate students and graduate students hands-on experience, exposure to a multi-brand retail company, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to develop professional skills. The Summer 2027 program runs from June 2nd to August 5th and is based at the company’s Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Interns should expect to work full-time, follow a four-days-in-office approach, relocate to the office location, and commit to the full program. Housing accommodations are not provided. The program includes professional-skills workshops, networking sessions with leaders, mentorship opportunities, cross-functional intern collaboration on a group project, group outings, social events, and volunteer opportunities. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Available to follow the four-days-in-office approach.
Able to relocate to the office location; housing accommodations are not provided.
Able to commit to the full 10-week program, June 2nd through August 5th.
Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

Build, monitor, and analyze paid media advertising campaigns and performance data across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Develop paid social content plans aligned with overall campaign objectives.
Partner with the Social Media team to identify best-performing assets and optimize campaigns based on performance and KPIs.
Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal sharing.
