About The Position

The Digital Marketing Summer Internship supports the Express brand at PHOENIX Retail, LLC. The PHOENIX Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program for rising junior and senior undergraduate students and graduate students. Interns gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, and develop professional skills while learning from experienced professionals at a multi-brand retail company. The program includes professional-development workshops, networking sessions with leaders, mentorship opportunities, a cross-functional group project, group outings, social events, and volunteer opportunities. The Summer 2027 program runs from June 2 to August 5. The position is based at the Columbus Corporate Headquarters in Ohio and follows a four-days-in-office approach. Interns must be available to work 40 hours per week, relocate to the office location (housing accommodations are not provided), and commit to the full 10 weeks. A GPA of 3.2 or above is preferred. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

Build, monitor, and analyze paid media ad campaigns and performance data across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Develop paid social content plans aligned with overall campaign objectives.
Partner with the Social Media team to identify top-performing assets and optimize campaigns based on performance and KPIs.
Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal distribution.
