About The Position

OrthoSynetics is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our digital advertising team. This position is responsible for executing paid social strategy and/or paid search strategy. Must have 4+ years of experience with paid media strategy, execution, and reporting at an advertising agency. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with paid media strategy, execution, and reporting at an advertising agency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in customer relationship management.
  • Understands and can interpret market research data, including demographic and psychographic data.
  • Good organizational and self-management skills.
  • Equally proficient at both the "big picture" and small details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Support the team with extreme attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and getting the right things done.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline, plus 4+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

  • Development, management and optimization of multiple Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Perform daily account management of Facebook/paid media accounts.
  • Manage moderate to large-scale paid media accounts.
  • Generate new Facebook/paid media campaigns.
  • Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid media campaigns to positively affect future outcomes and provide execution-based recommendations.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting.
  • Analyze reporting to determine campaign effectiveness and utilize this information to provide recommendations and execute strategies, campaign structuring and other areas of Facebook/paid media to meet client goals.
  • Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content, and guide creative on ideal assets.
  • Be responsible for setting goals per client with the account manager.
  • Manage tactical Facebook/social media/paid media initiatives for the client’s business; maintain a focus that deliverables and plans are in line with clients’ long-term goals.
  • Work with members of the team to develop recommendations and tactical plans to increase ROI.
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize across multiple paid digital channels/search engine platforms.
  • Develop strategic direction on campaign initiatives per client, identifying key insights and recommendations.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, manage and report timely on client search and display campaigns.
  • Prepare and present timely weekly/monthly client reporting and recommendations for all client KPI’s, ROI and goals.
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, bid management, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Communicate regularly with team members on campaign developments, timelines, deliverables and performance reporting.
  • Keep abreast of search engine and PPC industry trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, etc.
  • Experience with bid management and reporting tools.
  • Ensure team delivers on assignments and team goals.
  • Continually look for ways to increase group efficiency.
