About The Position

Four Corners Community Bank, a trusted and vibrant community bank in northwest New Mexico, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is based onsite at their main office in downtown Farmington, NM. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the heartbeat of the bank's advertising and marketing efforts, responsible for managing social media channels, creating and coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and supporting website updates and SEO/GEO strategies. The position involves creating engaging content, researching target audiences, analyzing campaign performance, and designing various marketing materials. Collaboration with internal teams on product launches and promotions is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

• Ability to work in person in Farmington - Not a remote position
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on digital marketing.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO and analytics tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills

Nice To Haves

• Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• A high-energy individual with a passion for creativity and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Managing social media channels and maintaining brand consistency
• Creating and coordinating digital marketing campaigns
• Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and CTV advertising
• Supporting website monitoring, updates, and SEO/GEO strategies
• Creating engaging content for organic social and SEO/GEO marketing
• Researching target audiences and analyzing campaign performance
• Designing flyers, graphics, brochures, and other in-house marketing materials
• Collaborating with internal teams on product launches and promotions
