About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in growing and optimizing Drive Medical's B2B/professional email marketing and marketing automation program. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional eager to take ownership of a growing initiative to shape how Drive Medical engages customers through data-driven marketing. Working closely with the Manager, Digital Marketing & Communications, this role will help execute email campaigns, build marketing automation workflows, maintain audience segmentation, and analyze campaign performance to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. The role will also support digital marketing initiatives by assisting with website updates and coordinating marketing-related enhancement requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with an email marketing and CRM platform (HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred).
  • Experience supporting marketing automation campaigns, from workflow creation through performance analysis and optimization.
  • Basic design competency for email and asset creation.
  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation, audience segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Familiarity with user engagement metrics across email and web.
  • Confidence in using AI to streamline workflows, identify opportunities, and enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including best practices and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B email marketing campaigns that support lead generation, product launches, sales initiatives, customer communications, and business growth.
  • Build emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot.
  • Assist in developing targeted email programs for key customer segments, including distributors, dealers, providers, retailers, and other strategic audiences.
  • Own the email marketing calendar and ensure timely execution across multiple business units and product categories. Perform QA testing and campaign validation prior to launch.
  • Provide monthly reporting and campaign optimization recommendations.
  • Build and maintain audience lists and segmentation within HubSpot to support targeted email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Partner with Channel Marketers and the Sr. Business Analyst to analyze customer purchasing patterns, CRM data, and Power BI insights to identify new audience segments and campaign opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement to continuously improve targeting, personalization, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain contact lists, suppression lists, and CRM data quality.
  • Support lead scoring, campaign attribution, tracking, and reporting within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify continuous improvements to marketing automation processes and CRM functionality.
  • Support website updates, landing pages, forms, and campaign content that align with lead generation initiatives.
  • Work with the development team to ensure seamless integration between the website, HubSpot, CRM, and marketing campaigns.
