Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support
- Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proficiency using templated design tools (such as Canva) to produce ad creative
- Experience using AI tools for creative and production (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar)
- Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates
- Submission of a portfolio with digital ad work samples at the time of application
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows, templates, and internal tools.
- Monitor performance data to improve lead quality, efficiency, and campaign results.
- Create and adapt ad copy, images, and layouts; support testing and iteration for ongoing campaign improvement.
- Troubleshoot campaign and account issues using established processes with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with onboarding and service teams to ensure seamless workflow and project progression.
