About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, full-stack digital marketer who executes multi-channel campaigns like paid media, SEO/SEM, email/CRM, social, and website/analytics to drive lead generation, conversion, and patient acquisition across the Agentis Longevity clinic network. Reporting to the Marketing Leader, this role translates strategy and priorities into live campaigns, day-to-day channel management, and performance reporting. You are expected to brief and manage external vendors or agency partners to extend capacity on specialized work. You live and breath digital marketing by digging into the data daily, reporting out on the data, and building the story of what is working and what else you should optimize to improve channels. This is a full-time role based at the Nashville headquarters, in-office five days a week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a consumer-facing, lead-generation-driven business (healthcare, med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or comparable direct-to-consumer services preferred).
  • Demonstrated fluency running paid search and paid social directly; Google Ads/SEM and Meta Ads Manager from targeting and budget management through optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM / marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot or similar) for email, lifecycle, and lead-nurture campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics (GA4) to track and improve channel performance.
  • Proven ability to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns independently, from strategy translation through execution and reporting.
  • Experience briefing and managing outside vendors, freelancers, or agency partners to extend capacity on specialized work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Operating drive with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, PE-backed, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads/SEM and Meta/paid social by building targeting ads, creative briefs, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own day-to-day SEO execution: on-page optimization, technical fixes, and local search performance across the clinic network.
  • Manage email/CRM marketing and lifecycle campaigns in the marketing automation platform, from segmentation through send and performance analysis.
  • Maintain organic social channels and content calendars in support of brand and demand-gen goals.
  • Monitor website and campaign analytics (GA4, attribution tooling) and translate the data into clear performance reporting for the Marketing Leader.
  • Translate the Marketing Leader's strategy and priorities into executable campaign plans and channel-level tactics.
  • Brief, coordinate, and manage external vendors, freelancers, or agency partners on specialized or overflow work.
  • Flag risks or underperformance early, with a recommended solution to implement.
