About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day execution of digital initiatives within the Marketing Department, ensuring the successful implementation of digitally focused projects that serve Bradford White’s internal and external customers. This role is responsible for bringing digital strategies to life through hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on website design, content updates, and ongoing site optimization. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and maintain digital marketing assets, including the company website and related platforms, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand standards. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute campaigns, implement updates, and enhance the overall digital experience. While this role is primarily execution-focused, the Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to provide thoughtful input and recommendations to improve performance, user experience, and digital effectiveness across all channels.

Requirements

  • College and/or Graduate Degree required in Marketing, Business or Communications plus a minimum of three (3) years of corporate marketing or business development experience.
  • 3+ years in web strategy, web product management, or digital marketing roles.
  • Vision-driven contributor with visioning that translates to organizational goals and team success.
  • Above and beyond customer focus.
  • Proven success working on large-scale web ecosystems (MarTech stack) and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern web development frameworks.
  • Experience with CMS development, database management, and API integrations to support scalable and dynamic web functionality.
  • Expertise in Drupal or open-source site building, including configuration of content types, views, modules, and site architecture.
  • Proven work experience in a digital marketing or web strategy role.
  • Critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Comfort in working with individuals in and out of the company at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the primary groups of Bradford White Corporations Customers. Learn why they support the products and brands that they do, what detracts them from supporting products and brands and use this to help the growth and success of the Bradford White Corporation.
  • Managing, updating, and optimizing website content, design, and functionality to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Implementing digital marketing strategies, including paid media, email marketing, display, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Influencing web UX strategy, research, and design standards, prioritizing accessibility and simplicity for all audiences.
  • Assisting in the creation and deployment of landing pages, forms, and other web-based assets
  • Developing strong working relationships with BWC Marketing, IT, Sales, Product and Customer Support Teams as across functional and collaborative work is critical to the success of this role.
