About The Position

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of experience who is ready to apply what they know, continue building their skill set, and grow into deeper marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundation in digital marketing execution and is ready to grow in their craft. They take pride in hands-on work, care deeply about the details, and want to sharpen their skills across channels. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Company 119, you will produce the day-to-day work that powers client campaigns. Working closely with our Marketing Managers and Strategic Advisors, you will execute across channels, deliver on scoped tasks, and help keep client work moving forward on time and on budget.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and WordPress CMS
Growth mindset; actively invested in continuing to develop your skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to think critically and work in a rapidly evolving environment
Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
Able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Willing to accept new challenges (Run Toward Fire™)
Passionate about your work and willing to push creative limits
Ability to hold to timelines, hourly targets, and budget goals

Work across a variety of areas, including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AIO/AEO), Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, Programmatic, Local Search, Analytics and Reporting, Strategic Website Implementation, Beta Testing & QA.
