About The Position

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You will own the full lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives, from strategy and execution to optimization and performance analysis, while contributing to global brand growth and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other BI/analytics platforms
  • Advanced understanding of SEO and GEO principles, including content optimization for search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Analytical, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Highly autonomous with strong ownership and initiative
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and entrepreneurial approach
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt
  • Develop and optimize lead generation programs to drive qualified pipeline growth
  • Monitor campaign performance, report on results, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and performance data
  • Drive and support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends and proactively propose new ideas and experiments
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all digital touchpoints
