About The Position
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support website optimization and digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for evaluating the agency’s website and digital presence, identifying marketing opportunities, and executing strategies that strengthen brand credibility, attract prospects, and generate inbound leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, website optimization, or related marketing roles.
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including content creation and social media management for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to evaluate website performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support website optimization initiatives.
- Experience setting up analytics and preparing reports on website traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned marketing content.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple marketing initiatives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the agency's current website and digital presence to identify opportunities for marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that amplifies the agency's brand and credentials, leveraging its achievements and top-performing agents to build trust, attract prospects, and generate inbound leads.
- Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and publish agent spotlight campaigns and success story content.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
- Recommend and support website improvements based on website audit findings.
- Set up analytics tracking and prepare monthly reports on website traffic, leads, and conversions.
