About The Position

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance the voice and impact of a leading nursing organization. This role is part of a high-performing Communications and Strategic Engagement team focused on creating engaging digital experiences for nurses, healthcare leaders, partners, and stakeholders nationwide. The specialist will execute campaigns through email marketing, digital publications, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and performance analysis using HubSpot® and other digital platforms. This position offers the chance to shape a modern digital marketing function, connect ANE's mission to impactful campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to design digital journeys, improve audience engagement, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate balances creativity, technology, and analytics, with experience in launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic networks. This role is for someone curious, organized, adaptable, collaborative, and motivated by using digital tools and data to improve experiences, offering growth opportunities while supporting ANE's mission to advance nursing and improve health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • HubSpot® Inbound Certification required, with willingness to pursue additional certifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, platform management, or campaign management.
  • Experience implementing digital engagement best practices across email and web properties; including lead generation, data capture, and SEO
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, automation workflows, integrations, and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience working within various CRM systems
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are a must
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and interacting directly with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
  • Able to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to support others

Responsibilities

  • Set up and structure campaigns including audience targeting, bid strategies, budget allocation, and ad creative coordination
  • Drive best practice implementation and improvements across email and web experiences
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership to create digital journeys for our various audiences and programs
  • Create forms and landing pages that support lead generation and engagement initiatives
  • Partner with web property owners to optimize our website experience for SEO
  • Engage and collaborate with data governance partners to better understand and leverage audience data to support enterprise campaigns
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline the audience’s digital experience across each engagement touchpoint (i.e. social, email, website)
  • Consistently conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimization across devices
  • Support a high-volume environment across 30+ programs and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Devise, develop and implement marketing automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop documentation, training, and support materials for HubSpot users related tools, as well as future tools which the organization may deploy
  • Help build scalable workflows and marketing operations processes that improve team efficiency
