About The Position

The team at Laivly is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize our digital marketing programs across paid media, email marketing, social media, and marketing operations. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us grow brand awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and support revenue growth. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and our agency partners to launch campaigns that reach the right audiences, deliver measurable results, and continuously improve performance. If you're someone who enjoys digging into campaign data, experimenting with new ideas, building in HubSpot, and bringing marketing programs to life, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This role is remote and open to Canadian residents.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, primarily focused on paid media and social media.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing organic social media for a B2B organization, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, lists, forms, and reporting.
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), campaign reporting, and marketing dashboards to measure performance.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AI search concepts.
  • Experience partnering with Sales or BDR teams to support lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and AdRoll.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and budgets.
  • Partner with our digital marketing agency to execute campaigns and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, and ABM initiatives in HubSpot.
  • Manage audience segmentation, workflows, campaign assets, reporting, and marketing automation.
  • Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and scalable.
  • Support Laivly's audience growth and share of voice on LinkedIn by developing the social engagement strategy and equipping our sales and leadership teams to take part, identifying the stakeholders, influencers, creators, and industry voices worth building relationships with, surfacing the conversations worth joining, and giving the team the guidance and prompts that make it easy to participate.
  • Manage content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with our BDR team to align paid media, email marketing, and ABM initiatives that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Creative, SEO/GEO, and Sales to ensure campaigns and messaging work together to support business goals.
  • Share campaign insights that help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance across paid, email, and social channels, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and optimization plans.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and platform updates, bringing new ideas back to the team.
