About The Position

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Director is responsible for leading the casino resort's digital marketing strategy, social media presence, online reputation, and guest engagement initiatives. This position develops and executes innovative marketing campaigns designed to increase gaming revenue, hotel occupancy, entertainment attendance, food and beverage sales, loyalty club participation, and overall brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee all digital channels, including social media, website management, email marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
  • Establish annual marketing plans, budgets and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and opportunities to strengthen brand presence and audience growth.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Create and oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Manage community engagement, reputation management, and crisis communication efforts when needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital communications and platforms.
  • Lead content development including graphics, video, photography, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal management and external partners to produce compelling storytelling and marketing content.
