About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager (Google Ads & Meta) to take full ownership of all paid advertising efforts. As the only dedicated paid media specialist on the team, you will be the strategic lead responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Local Service Ads) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This is a high-impact, autonomous role ideal for a seasoned expert who thrives on owning results end-to-end, driving significant growth, and delivering strong ROI for clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at a senior level (agency or in-house).
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads Search and Local Service Ads (LSA) — with demonstrable success managing LSA campaigns.
  • Strong track record of managing Meta Ads at scale with excellent ROAS and lead quality results.
  • Experience acting as the sole or primary paid media specialist, managing multiple accounts and budgets autonomously.
  • Deep understanding of advanced bidding strategies, audience building, creative testing frameworks, and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced reporting tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into high-impact strategies.
  • Strong communication skills — able to present strategies and results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Build and scale high-performance Google Search campaigns and Local Service Ads (LSA), ensuring maximum visibility and lead quality.
  • Design and manage sophisticated Meta advertising strategies across the full funnel (prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns).
  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROAS targets.
  • Own end-to-end account management, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, market research, and audience insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Implement advanced conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics setups using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Deliver insightful weekly and monthly performance reports with clear strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, policy changes, and emerging trends in Google and Meta advertising.
  • Identify and test new opportunities (new ad formats, automation features, creative approaches) to continuously improve performance.
