This role is responsible for demand generation and growth marketing for Ignition, managing the full paid and organic acquisition engine. This includes paid search (PPC/SEM), paid social (primarily LinkedIn), SEO in partnership with an agency, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the trial sign-up flow and website. The position is designed with AI integration in mind, where the individual will build and run agent-led workflows for tasks like reporting, prospecting support, and campaign ideation, applying their judgment to the output. Curiosity and a drive to build fluency in agent-led operations are core to scaling this role.
