About The Position

This role is responsible for demand generation and growth marketing for Ignition, managing the full paid and organic acquisition engine. This includes paid search (PPC/SEM), paid social (primarily LinkedIn), SEO in partnership with an agency, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the trial sign-up flow and website. The position is designed with AI integration in mind, where the individual will build and run agent-led workflows for tasks like reporting, prospecting support, and campaign ideation, applying their judgment to the output. Curiosity and a drive to build fluency in agent-led operations are core to scaling this role.

Requirements

  • Hands-on paid search and paid social experience in B2B SaaS, demand generation, or growth marketing. You've owned a real budget and run campaigns yourself, not just managed people who did.
  • Comfortable owning a number and defending or adjusting it with data.
  • Real curiosity about AI and agent-led operations. You don't need years of experience running agents, just a genuine drive to build that fluency, experiment, and use agents to extend what you can own and ship.
  • Experience and flexibility collaborating across regions/time zones (our team spans AMER, EMEA, and APAC).
  • Experimentation mindset, using data and testing to drive decision making and stakeholder buy in.
  • High ownership mentality: you care about outcomes, not just activity.

Nice To Haves

  • Accounting, professional-services, or vertical B2B SaaS experience
  • Content marketing or marketing automation/CRM experience (we use HubSpot)
  • Awareness of answer engine optimization (AEO) and how AI search is changing content discovery

Responsibilities

  • Paid search (Google Ads / PPC / SEM) budget pacing, bid management, keyword hygiene, working with an external paid search consultant.
  • Paid social (LinkedIn primary, Meta/CTV secondary) regional campaigns, content boosting, webinar promotion, creative testing.
  • SEO & content partner with our SEO agency on roadmap, content themes, and brand accuracy.
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) trial sign-up flow, website testing, and our AI chatbot experience, working with design/dev.
  • Vendor and agency management hold external partners to a clear brief and measurable output.
  • Agent-led operations run AI agents/automations for reporting, prospecting support, and campaign ideation; you audit their output for accuracy and quality as a core part of the job.
  • Performance reporting GA4, Amplitude, and VWO (Visual Website Optimizer)-based reporting and experiment read-outs.
  • Global budget ownership for paid media and agency budgets globally, being able to balance and adjust based on forecast, performance, and insights.
