About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute and measure digital marketing initiatives across product categories, brands and customer segments. This role ensures digital programs are aligned, optimized for performance and delivering maximum impact through consistent monitoring and reporting. Key responsibilities include leading digital campaign strategy, email marketing, lead management and performance measurement. The role partners closely with digital agencies to develop strategy, execute integrated campaigns, and drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and regular performance reviews. Serving as a subject matter expert for the North American Marketing Communications team, this individual will strengthen digital marketing effectiveness, recommend strategic initiatives aligned with overall marketing goals and support lead generation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SEO, CRM, email marketing, content planning, campaign development and lead lifecycle management while embedding digital best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven B2B experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Experience partnering with external agencies, including performance oversight and KPI-driven accountability
  • Strong understanding of website management, HubSpot, CRM systems and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategies and implementation
  • Proficient in creating and interpreting dashboards and reports using analytics tools, including Hubspot, Google GA4 & LookerStudio and BrightEdge; Google Analytics 4 and AdWords certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and project management skills are essential
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Familiarity with safety and PPE products is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Digital Agency Partnership & Performance Leadership: Partner with digital agencies to define strategy, develop integrated digital marketing plans and ensure consistent execution across priority initiatives. Lead routine performance meetings with the agency to review KPIs, campaign results, recommendations and upcoming priorities. Hold agency partners accountable to deliverables, timelines and measurable outcomes.
  • Campaign Strategy, Optimization & Measurement: Provide strategic direction for digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring alignment to business goals and customer journeys. Establish performance benchmarks and optimization plans, using reporting and insights to improve results over time.
  • Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Strategy: Lead the strategic direction for email marketing and engaging team for marketing automation, including segmentation, nurture journeys, campaign planning and performance optimization. Leverage internal team resources to execute email campaigns and ensure consistent measurement and reporting.
  • Lead Management & CRM Alignment: Provide leadership on lead management strategy, including lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages and handoff processes. Partner with Sales, CRM stakeholders and internal resources to improve lead quality, conversion and reporting visibility.
  • Data, Reporting & Insights: Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance reporting across digital initiatives. Leverage internal resources to deliver reporting that tracks KPIs such as engagement, conversion, lead performance and ROI. Translate results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Consultative Resource: Act as a consultative resource for MarCom and Marketing teams, providing guidance on digital marketing best practices, tactics and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Innovation: Maintain awareness of new media technology, techniques and strategies, leveraging trends and best practices in B2B and B2C marketing to drive innovation and integrate into communication plans as appropriate.
  • Team Enablement & Resource Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to internal team resources responsible for email marketing execution, lead management and reporting. Ensure priorities are aligned, work is coordinated across stakeholders and results are consistently measured and communicated.
