The Digital Marketing Manager takes new partnerships, initiatives, and resources for educators from concept to large-scale, multi-channel distribution. Their key responsibilities are to build marketing plans and create corresponding digital marketing assets, such as social media creatives and email communications, that promote exciting programs and resources to support educators and their students. You’ll excel in this role if you’re a creative marketer with a collaborative spirit and a knack for project management. This candidate should be a skilled marketer who is comfortable with design, content creation, and monitoring multi-channel outreach campaign success. They communicate effectively with internal and external clients/project teams. The Manager will work cross-functionally to inform campaign design that keeps educators’ needs and user experience top-of-mind. Part of the Network Engagement department, and at the center of the organization’s key initiatives, this team supports First Book’s mission by developing organizational strategies to grow the First Book Network of educators, engage and activate its member base, foster a sense of community among members, and distribute books and resources to kids.
