The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive guest engagement, brand awareness, and revenue for Lake of the Torches Resort Casino. This role oversees all digital channels, including email, social media, website content, SEO/SEM, display and programmatic advertising, and analytics. The Manager collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, and creative resources to deliver compelling, data-driven digital campaigns that enhance the guest experience and support the property’s marketing objectives. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring technical expertise, creativity, and analytical skills. The position requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours to support campaigns, on-property events, content creation, and other time-sensitive marketing initiatives, including occasional holidays or short-notice assignments.
