About The Position

I Can Do That! Performing Arts Center is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media and Marketing professional to lead our organization’s online presence and help tell the story of who we are. This role is responsible for strengthening brand awareness, deepening community connection, and supporting our mission of empowering youth through the performing arts. You will be the primary driver of our social media and email marketing efforts, creating and publishing engaging content across platforms and managing large-scale Constant Contact campaigns that keep our families, patrons, and community informed and excited. While you will collaborate with an in-house graphic designer on higher-level visual assets, you will independently create the majority of day-to-day content and own the execution of our marketing calendar. This is a full-time, 40-hours-per-week, in-person role based at our office near our Performing Arts Center. The ideal candidate is someone who blends creativity with precision, can think strategically while executing consistently, and is excited to grow with an organization that is deeply rooted in community, storytelling, and impact. There is strong potential for this role to grow into a manager of a team over time as the department expands.
