About The Position

The Manager, Digital & On-Premise Marketing leads Middlestreet Graphic & Display (MGD) and On-Premise digital initiatives, including website content management, digital menu optimization, and brand standards execution. This role oversees the digital team responsible for digital, social, and brand marketing programs—including media, promotions, events, and analytics—while serving as a strategic partner to the broader marketing organization to drive company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in digital, social, and brand marketing, preferably within consumer brands or beverage/CPG industries.
  • Performance Optimization and SEO experience.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or Shopify).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting, and media placement.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and oversee vendors.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital menu optimization in partnership with the On-Premise team.
  • Manage content development for digital menus, including photography, asset selection, and photo shoot coordination.
  • Partner with the Commercialization team to streamline POS execution and manage brand standards.
  • Manage Local Eats and similar on-premise digital & social programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between On-Premise and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Manage and maintain website content, including bi-weekly alignment meetings with MGD teams to review, plan, and gather content.
  • Oversee LinkedIn content strategy, development, and publishing with Social Coordinator.
  • Build, develop, execute, and moderate comprehensive digital and social marketing programs supporting internal initiatives, brand teams, customers, and partners.
  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization across social, digital, OTT, podcasting, influencer, app, and web-based platforms.
  • Define KPIs, conduct post-campaign analysis, and deliver monthly performance dashboards and insights.
  • Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and evolving technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage the digital team, including direct oversight of Social Coordinator and Media/Marketing Coordinator roles.
  • Manage all digital, social, and media vendors, including contracts, budgets, and agency/partner relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, on-premise, brand, and external partners to ensure approvals, compliance, and on-time execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support across the broader marketing and media teams.
  • Own creative development using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for digital assets, social content, video, and website applications.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all digital and on-premise platforms.
  • Coordinate routing and placement of digital advertising and media assets across appropriate channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
