A team that fosters and encourages creativity, resourcefulness, promoting from within, and a work-life balance. #IITFWI Position is on-site in Irving, TX Job Purpose: The Marketing Manager role drives day-to-day marketing execution that supports revenue growth across all GSM fishing brands. This position keeps core digital channels accurate, optimized, and performance-focused to increase customer engagement and eCommerce sales. The role also supports email marketing in Klaviyo and partners with the Paid Advertising Team on creative, content, and campaign execution to maximize results. Requirements

  • Proven experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs (segmentation, automations, deliverability, testing, and reporting).
  • Ability to update and maintain WordPress and BigCommerce websites; Elementor & Page Builder experience a plus.
  • Intermediate design skills for email and web templates; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD).
  • Working knowledge of HTML for light template edits.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to brand tone, detail, and quality control.
  • Experience with META and Google Paid Ads
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field or at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of or previous experience in the Hunting, Fishing and Outdoors industry is an asset.
  • Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain brand websites across WordPress and BigCommerce, ensuring product pages, promotions, and site content are accurate, current, and optimized for conversion.
  • Support the planning, building, and execution of Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows to drive engagement and eCommerce performance.
  • Help develop and execute advertising strategies for fishing brands within GSM’s portfolio
  • Manage and optimize segmentation, deliverability, and testing to improve engagement
  • Build, QA, and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, including copywriting, image editing, and basic HTML work
  • Maintain and expand automated lifecycle flows that drive performance and retention
  • Analyze results against KPIs and provide actionable reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent branding, timely execution, and content accuracy
  • Other tasks as assigned
