About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager will build and optimize digital campaigns to drive measurable results. This position will work within websites and digital platforms to improve performance and user engagement. The role operates under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and is focused primarily on execution rather than strategy.

  • Google Tag Manager
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Experience running Google and Meta ads
  • Strong understanding of website UX and conversion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused role

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads and retargeting
  • Improve cost per acquisition and campaign performance
  • Build and update pages in WordPress
  • Create landing pages for campaigns
  • Improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Execute campaigns tied to promotions and key initiatives
  • Test messaging, offers, and user journeys
  • Track performance using Google Analytics
  • Report on key metrics and insights
  • Assist with email campaigns (execution only)
  • Collaborate with content and design teams
