The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Panago’s online marketing presence across owned and third-party digital channels. This role combines oversight of social media, email marketing, third-party delivery platforms, digital listings, e-gift cards, and loyalty/rewards initiatives to drive sales, customer engagement, and brand growth. This position serves as the department lead for Panago’s digital customer touchpoints and will play a key role in strengthening the brand’s online visibility, improving digital performance, and helping guide the selection and rollout of a future loyalty/rewards program. The role also oversees social media strategy and direction, with hands-on execution support from a Social Media Specialist and Content Creator.
