JLI Marketing helps to drive strategic and competitive programs through a franchise chain of independently owned and operated franchisees. The Digital Marketing Manager role directly manages central programs and additionally consults franchisees on local digital marketing plans and solutions. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing the brand’s digital experience, both inside and outside the store as well as behind the scenes. This role is a critical member of the Marketing Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of JLI and leads digital projects, strategy, deployment and measurement of key owned, paid and earned marketing solutions. The role is a critical liaison working across many key functions, including Brand/media, innovation, Customer Experience, IT, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing the digital ecosystem and innovation strategy for retail franchise businesses or automotive aftermarket brands. This role is pivotal in helping to drive the success of our marketing initiatives across multiple franchise locations and will be responsible for building and deploying digital marketing programs, digital paid media and constantly measuring and optimizing digital marketing programs.
