About The Position

Our client is a full-service home services and commercial construction company. They provide comprehensive solutions across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, roofing, and fire & water mitigation. Their model is unique: one call handles it all. They’re building a high-performing in-house marketing division to scale their business and bring strategic innovation to the forefront. We are seeking a senior-level Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and own strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the founder, with the autonomy to drive innovative campaigns, own the marketing roadmap, and scale our brand in both residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly motivated, and strategic, with proven experience delivering measurable results. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple business units’ marketing needs, and have experience working with U.S.-based markets.

Requirements

  • English Communication Skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the home services or B2B/B2C industries
  • Familiarity with U.S. market operations is required
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple marketing funnels simultaneously
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively report on and pitch marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across service lines including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, roofing, and mitigation, as well as broader channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content creation.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution, leveraging company-provided media assets, while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing funnels.
  • Manage all paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Local Services Ads, etc.) to drive leads, sales, and ROI.
  • Oversee organic marketing initiatives including website optimization, local listings, social media posting, and video/graphic content creation.
  • Analyze marketing performance data, report on KPIs and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, email automation, marketing software); familiarity with Service Titan or Go High Level is a plus but not required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including outsourcing specialized tasks when appropriate.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and proactively propose innovative growth strategies and visionary ideas to drive the business forward.
  • Take full ownership of the digital marketing department, acting independently and with initiative to execute strategy without requiring constant oversight.
