About The Position

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and digital strategy in support of our insurance business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration. You will shape how we show up across digital channels, translate business priorities into measurable media strategies, and ensure our investments drive meaningful growth. You’ll partner closely with an external digital agency to execute and optimize campaigns, while working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and business leaders to align digital efforts with broader commercial goals. This role plays a critical part in how we attract, engage, and grow commercial customers. You’ll have real ownership, real influence, and a seat at the table as we continue to evolve our digital approach in a competitive and highly regulated space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for paid media strategy and performance.
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies, including campaign execution and optimization workflows.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, display, and digital analytics.
  • Ability to connect data to strategy and explain performance in clear, business-relevant terms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with B2B, financial services, or insurance marketing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital marketing strategy for our commercial lines and non-insurance businesses, with a primary focus on paid media channels such as search, social, display, and programmatic.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with our external digital media agency, including campaign planning, trafficking, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable digital media plans that drive qualified demand, pipeline growth, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing partners, product leaders, and business stakeholders to align messaging, targeting, and channel strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear insights, recommendations, and optimization plans to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts to ensure efficient and effective use of digital spend.
  • Stay current on digital media trends, platform updates, and best practices, particularly as they relate to B2B and insurance marketing.
  • Support testing and innovation across channels, audiences, creative, and landing experiences.
