About The Position

A high-volume Hudson Automotive Group dealership in the Nashville, Tennessee market is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute performance marketing across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, SEO, and lead attribution. This role is for a hands-on operator — not a coordinator. You will work directly with dealership leadership and the internal marketing team to drive measurable results: traffic, leads, appointments, and sold units. Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid search and paid social budgets (high spend experience preferred)
  • Strong Google Ads experience (Search + PMax)
  • Strong Meta Ads experience (lead + traffic + retargeting)
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution
  • Ability to report performance in business outcomes (not vanity metrics)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Automotive experience preferred (but not required for the right performer)

Responsibilities

  • Own daily performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Control budget pacing, bid strategy, and campaign structure
  • Manage Performance Max and inventory-based advertising strategies
  • Oversee SEO strategy and coordinate execution with web/SEO partners
  • Track and report results weekly and monthly (GA4, GSC, CRM, call tracking)
  • Connect marketing performance to showroom traffic, appointments, and sold units
  • Build dashboards that leadership can understand and trust
  • Run creative testing plans (ads, landing pages, offers)
  • Ensure accurate tracking: pixels, conversions, call tracking, UTMs
  • Work closely with the sales team and leadership to support monthly volume goals
