As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the channels and campaigns that drive Rillet's pipeline and brand presence online. You'll bring a builder's mindset to paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing — running experiments, analyzing performance, and translating data into action. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership and room to grow as we scale. We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day.
