About The Position

Success in this role means being close to the action, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations, moving quickly, testing ideas in real time, and seeing the direct impact of your work. In this hands-on role you will be building, launching, and optimizing campaigns alongside one of the best teams in the industry. This is a full-time hybrid role (4 days in-office) with a growing, multi-channel business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital/performance marketing with a track record of driving measurable revenue growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
  • Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to build landing pages and make front-end updates
  • Experience with CRM systems, segmentation, and customer journeys
  • A sharp, analytical mindset

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, marketplaces)
  • Optimize for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Create and optimize landing pages that convert
  • Optimize conversion across all digital properties (RV, Rentals, Shopify)
  • Own the performance of our Shopify parts store as a revenue channel
  • Improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and retention
  • Build campaigns that drive real revenue
  • Create automated journeys
  • Own the full funnel: Traffic → Leads → Sales → Revenue
  • Turn performance data into clear actions that improve results
  • Monitor performance across platforms and turn data into insights and insights into action (Google Analytics, CRM, Shopify)
  • Work closely with social/content teams to align campaigns
  • Partner with sales and operations to improve lead conversion
