About The Position

Closed Loop is a digital advertising agency that helps companies maximize performance and achieve exceptional results through integrated paid media campaigns. The agency is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager - Lead Generation to join its team. This role will act as a strategic partner to clients, developing deep knowledge of their business goals while leading campaign execution across vendor platforms. Key responsibilities include partner relationship management, campaign strategy and performance analysis, rate negotiation, ad operations, ensuring creative needs are met, and providing meticulous budget oversight. Success requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for staying ahead of digital advertising trends. This is a fully remote (U.S. only) position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals.
  • 1+ year managing lead generation partners.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
  • Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision makers.
  • Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.

  • B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients’ businesses and what matters most to them.
  • Manage content syndication, lead aggregator and review site partners as a highly integrated member of an Enterprise client team, leading strong relationships with vendors, flawless execution of campaigns, proactive and clear communication, negotiation of rates with all vendors, strategy discussions with client, reporting and analysis of performance by partner, managing client and vendor expectations around timelines, budget distribution across partners based on performance, Ad Operations and billing reconciliation, facilitation of creative needed for execution.
  • Review contracts and negotiate terms with prospective and existing partners.
  • Research and expand partnership networks.
  • Proactively monitor account performance, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes.
  • Identify advanced advertising strategies that will keep clients ahead of the competition and sell those strategies to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide communications for assigned ad channels.
  • Research and keep abreast of trends in digital advertising.
  • Be a well-integrated member of the team. Participate in team meetings, be active on Slack, etc.
  • Ensure that the procedures in Closed Loop’s Information Security Policy are personally followed and that all company and client data personally accessed is properly secured.
