About The Position

Mine & Yours is a leading luxury resale company in Canada, focusing on buying and selling authentic pre-owned luxury goods. They aim to create a fashion community that values luxury, quality, and sustainability by extending the life of luxury items. The company is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead to oversee paid media, email marketing, digital reporting, and ecommerce marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategy and execution, with a focus on digital growth and scaling a fast-paced luxury ecommerce brand.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, or CRM
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns focused on ROAS and conversion
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and interpreting performance data
  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid media, email marketing, and ecommerce campaigns to support company growth targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies are managed effectively.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Retail, and Creative teams to align storytelling across launches, promotions, and key campaigns.
  • Support campaign planning and digital go-to-market execution across ecommerce and retail initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Partner with internal and external teams on ad trafficking, reporting, creative testing, and weekly optimizations.
  • Monitor and report on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and customer acquisition performance.
  • Support budget pacing and campaign allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creative testing.
  • Lead Klaviyo email marketing operations including campaign planning, segmentation, automated flows, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain email marketing calendars aligned with launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop strategies focused on customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Continuously optimize email performance through testing, reporting, and customer insights.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards across paid media, email, and ecommerce performance.
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Present actionable recommendations to leadership based on performance metrics.
  • Track KPIs related to acquisition, retention, conversion, and revenue growth.
