Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate ability to think creatively and propose innovative ideas
  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a co-op or internship requirement in Business or Marketing in a University or College Program.
  • Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in Canada and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Journey/Digital Marketing team in improving how customers interact with Nissan and INFINITI across websites and apps, using customer and sales data to generate insights and create presentations that strengthen key customer-facing programs.
  • App performance reporting, benchmarking, and data‑quality checks
  • Collaborate on communication campaigns by partnering with cross-functional team members
  • Support the creation and project management of programs and initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign results.
  • Generate periodic reports to measure effectiveness of strategic and tactical Customer Journey Programs.
  • Assist with creative reviews and monthly dealer bulletins.
