About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing Intern who is obsessed with content, strategy, and the why behind the customer journey. You will work alongside our Web Experience and Marketing teams to see how global travel campaigns are built, managed, and optimized. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and digital execution, contributing to projects that move the needle for a global travel brand.
Requirements
- Graduating seniors or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related business field.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing funnels.
- Understanding that good design effectively tells a story and converts a customer.
- Highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration with different teams.
- Not afraid to present ideas or ask questions.
- Strong analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail with a focus on constant improvement.
Nice To Haves
- Basic familiarity with web basics like HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma/Canva.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end launch of marketing campaigns.
- Refine messaging, ensure brand consistency, and audit landing pages for global resort partners.
- Provide fresh ideas and content strategy for the "Great Getaways" experience.
- Conduct competitor audits and suggest improvements to the member journey to drive more bookings.
- Analyze high-traffic web pages through a marketing lens, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion through better content and layout.
- Help maintain accuracy and quality, gaining experience in professional QA, learning how to scale brand voice and validate that pages are market-ready.
- Help organize internal workflows and documentation, providing a fresh perspective on how to make our marketing machine run smoother.
