About The Position

Turning Point USA is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to assist our team and help us further our mission of promoting freedom, free markets, and limited government. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns and marketing strategies that engage and inspire our audience. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to assist with audience segmentation, campaign reporting, and digital engagement efforts.

Requirements

• Familiarity with our brand and mission
• Knowledge of TPUSA’s media presence, and proficiency with social media platforms
• Analytical mind and innovative spirit
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Passion for conservative ideals and principles
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, ect.)
• Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative
• Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed

Nice To Haves

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
• Email marketing, digital communications, or a related marketing experience
• Data research and analysis
• Previous involvement with Turning Point USA or another conservative non-profit
• Attendance at a previous TPUSA event

Responsibilities

• Assist with audience segmentation, campaign reporting, and digital engagement efforts.
• Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
• Report updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
• Receive feedback constructively to improve performance.
