About The Position

Bianchi Law Group is seeking a highly capable Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives, performance campaigns, brand development, and technology-driven growth. This role is both strategic and execution-focused. The Digital Marketing & Growth Manager will collaborate directly with the firm’s partners to help define and execute the brand's vision, expand market authority, and drive measurable growth in client acquisition and referral relationships. This is not a passive reporting role. This is a high-accountability position responsible for aligning marketing systems with revenue goals while leveraging advanced technology and AI tools to maximize efficiency and impact. The Position will work closely with the partners to: Translate firm vision into actionable marketing strategy Shape and refine brand positioning as a firm led by former prosecutors Amplify partner authority in media, speaking engagements, and thought leadership Identify long-term growth opportunities across practice areas Align marketing initiatives with strategic business objectives This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate at a leadership level. Bianchi Law Group is not seeking a traditional marketing employee. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and WordPress
  • Experience presenting analytics to leadership
  • Comfort with CRM and automation systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency with AI tools and marketing technology

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Paid Media Strategy Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting) Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Develop strategic creative concepts for video and graphic campaigns Monitor and improve cost-per-lead and cost-per-retained-case Conduct ongoing A/B testing of messaging and creative Refine targeting based on intake and conversion data
  • Website Management & Organic Growth Oversee ongoing management and improvement of the WordPress website Develop and execute SEO strategy Monitor keyword rankings and competitor positioning Improve organic blog content and authority-building assets Optimize landing pages for conversion performance Implement technical improvements in collaboration with developers
  • Google Business Profile & Local Visibility Manage and update Google Business Profile Publish regular updates, posts, services, and event highlights Add and maintain locations, photographs, and service descriptions Monitor reviews and support reputation strategy Improve local search visibility and map ranking
  • Content Strategy & Creative Production Develop strategic content plans for: Firm-level thought leadership Attorney branding Referral source engagement Capture and produce video at: Speaking engagements Keynotes CLE panels In-person events Edit and distribute video content for social, ads, and website Leverage AI tools for script development, editing, research, and production
  • Marketing Technology & AI Leadership Bianchi Law Group maintains a sophisticated marketing technology stack. The Marketing Growth Director is expected to: Master and optimize existing tools (CRM, automation, analytics) Integrate platforms using automation tools (e.g., Zapier) Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign development Stay current with emerging marketing and AI technologies Implement workflow efficiencies that reduce manual effort and increase output Continuously test new tools and strategies to outperform competitors Technology fluency is not optional. It is foundational to this role.
  • Executive Reporting & Revenue Accountability Develop monthly marketing dashboards for executive review Report on: Lead volume Cost per lead Cost per retained case Channel ROI Keyword and competitor performance Analyze intake-to-retention conversion trends Present recommendations for optimization and scaling Identify underperforming channels and redirect investment strategically
  • Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with external vendors (SEO, web, media, creative) Evaluate vendor performance and ROI Ensure alignment with firm goals and compliance standards Oversee budgets and marketing spend allocation
  • Referral & Relationship Marketing Develop campaigns targeting attorney referral sources Support amplification of speaking engagements and media appearances Strengthen firm visibility within legal and professional networks Build systems to nurture referral relationships
