Kia Central & South America Corp., a division of Kia Corporation, is seeking a Digital & Marketing Data Analyst to reinforce the regional Brand & Marketing department and help to take the brand to new heights in the region. As a Digital & Marketing Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the automotive industry and contribute to Kia's mission. You will play a vital role in supporting Kia Distributors, dealers, and brand positioning in 43 countries across the Central, South America and Caribbean region. Position Summary: The Digital & Marketing Data Analyst acts as a regional marketing analytics and insights role, supporting data‑driven decision making across the Central, South America, and Caribbean region. The role consolidates data and market signals from multiple sources, leads digital analytics and measurement, ensures the effective management of core digital platforms, and supports optimization efforts across channels and distributors. It is a hands‑on position focused on marketing measurement, insight generation, performance diagnostics, digital operations, and data‑driven recommendations.
