The Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) is seeking a mission-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to create and distribute content that helps shape the future of Texas and beyond. This position will assist with TPPF’s communication efforts, focusing on engaging with our owned audiences across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital content creation, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex policy issues.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in public policy or political digital communications
  • Experience with social media platforms (especially X, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM(s)
  • Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, and/or comparable CMS platforms
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns for various issue campaigns and litigation efforts
  • Create video clips and graphics
  • Contribute to social media content calendar and monitor comments/messages
  • Draft and distribute email newsletters and text messages
  • Assist with paid ad creation and placement
  • Build and update webpages across foundation websites (minimal coding knowledge required)
  • Compile media mentions of TPPF
  • Manage HubSpot database audiences
