About The Position

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of our brand's digital marketing efforts across owned, paid, and emerging channels. This role is full-time and reports to our Digital Marketing Director at our Nashville-based Creative Studios.

Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing / e-commerce.

Responsibilities

Maintain email marketing: streamline assembling, testing, and scheduling of 3+ weekly campaigns + continuous automated flows.
Oversee the digital marketing campaign calendar: taking minutes of monthly marketing meetings, noting calendar changes, and alerting all relevant parties to rearrangements of campaign dates.
Assist with the operation, optimization, and reporting for paid efforts in Meta: assembling and altering visual assets, pulling and approving copy, and adjusting creative for each relevant placement.
Maintain and refine the Google Ads library: a/b testing sitelinks, product shopping strategies, and keywords.
Exploration into related marketing mediums: Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
Coordinate with outside PR Agencies on product launches and sample requests.
Coordinate with the digital experience team on creation and ongoing hygiene of customer segments.
Provide ongoing research and development for marketing strategies: perpetual exploration on potential improvements & opportunities.
Coordination and oversight of e-commerce listings and experience.
